"Is anyone else having sync issues?"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the sync keeps breaking and my accounts don’t seem to update correctly anymore. It’s getting frustrating because I keep expecting the numbers to refresh, and they just don’t.
"Helpful support, but the wait was frustrating"
Support was friendly and did a good job explaining my billing question in a way that made sense. I did have to wait longer than I expected for replies, which was a bit frustrating, but they eventually got everything sorted out. Given the delay and the inconvenience, I’d hope they offer some kind of credit or compensation.

"Pretty quick to get going"
I got started quickly overall, which I really appreciated because I’m biased toward anything that doesn’t waste my time. There were a couple of steps that confused me a bit, but nothing too frustrating. Once I figured those out, it was smooth enough

"I’ve been using Quicken for a while…"
I’ve been using Quicken for a while now, for what I’m paying, I think it does a good job. It helps me keep an eye on my bills, spending, and general money stuff without making the whole process feel like a huge chore, which is really what I need from something like this. There are definitely a few areas that feel a little dated or not as smooth as they could be, so it’s not perfect by any means, but overall it saves me time and helps me stay organized. For me, that makes it feel worth the cost.

"Decent, but the categories can be a headache"
quicken has been fine for keeping an eye on my spending, and at a quick glance it does the job. I kind of use it as a mental shortcut to see where my money is going without digging through everything manually. But the transaction categorization is hit or miss. Some stores get labeled correctly, then others end up in random categories and I have to go back and fix them. It’s not a dealbreaker, just more annoying than I expected.
"Invoicing could be smoother"
The invoicing feels clunky to use :/ I also wish the reports were more flexible, because they don’t really show the details I need most of the time.

"Practical Tool for Managing Rentals"
I use Quicken for my two rental properties, it just makes sense to have everything in one place. Rent payments, repairs, and tax-related details are much easier to keep track of instead of digging through notes or spreadsheets later. Once you get the property tracking set up, it’s straightforward. I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the screens feel a little outdated, and syncing can be slow at times. But for me, the time it saves every month is worth it, so I’m still using it.

Overall, it feels solid security-wise, which I appreciate. I just wish the privacy options were, you know, a little easier to understand and find without having to dig around.

"Solid and Reliable for Everyday Money Tracking"
I’ve been using Quicken desktop for a few months now, it’s been a solid experience on my laptop. It opens my accounts quickly, checking my spending is easy, and I really appreciate that it doesn’t constantly freeze like some older finance software I’ve tried. It feels dependable, which gives me a lot more confidence keeping up with my budget and bills. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that syncing can act a little strange now and then, and updates sometimes take longer than I’d like. But overall, for daily tracking, bills, and staying organized, it definitely gets the job done well

"Good reports, but requires some patience"
The reports are good once you get everything set up properly, but it does take some tweaking to get them the way you want. A bit annoying, though I appreciate that the end result is useful.

"Got it fixed, but felt a bit brushed off"
I had an issue syncing my bank and support did reply quickly, which I appreciated. They got it sorted in one chat, so that part was good. I did feel a little dismissed at first though, like they just wanted to move through the issue fast instead of really hearing what I was explaining. Still, it got fixed in the end.
"Pretty much covers what I need"
I’ve been using Quicken to keep up with my budget, bills, and different accounts, and overall it’s been really helpful. It’s not exactly slick or perfect, though that’s not a huge deal for me because the main features I need are all there. I’m just glad I don’t have to bounce between three different apps anymore

"Works eventually, but importing was rough"
I tried moving my old data into Quicken it was more frustrating than I expected. A couple of accounts came over fine, so I guess that part was decent, but a lot of transactions were either duplicated or just didn’t look right. I ended up spending hours cleaning everything up by hand. The site makes the process sound simple, and maybe it is for some people, but it definitely wasn’t for me. It does work now that I fixed everything, so I’ll give it that, but the first experience wasn’t exactly great.
"Rock-Solid and Honestly a Lifesaver"
I’ve been using Quicken a ton lately, and it has been unbelievably steady. No surprise crashes, no mysterious freezes, no little software meltdowns waiting to ruin my day. It just works, which sounds simple, but feels like a miracle when you’re trying to keep your finances in order.

"Bank sync works good"
My bank syncs fine most days, so I don’t really have much to complain about. Every now and then after updates, it needs reconnecting again, which is little annoying, but it usually only takes minute and then everything is back to normal.

"Easy to get the hang of"
I found this easy to use and it didn’t take me long to figure out. I did have a quick moment where I wasn’t totally sure where everything was, but it clicked fast. Did anyone else run into that at first?

"I mainly use Quicken to keep track..."
I mainly use Quicken to keep track of my bills, it’s been a big help. I can see what’s coming up, mark things as paid, and I don’t miss due dates like I used to. It took me a little bit of clicking around to get everything set up the way I wanted, but once I did, it became easy to rely on. It’s saved me time and gives me more confidence that I’m not forgetting anything important.

"Renewal and cancellation felt more confusing than it should"
In my experience, the subscription renewed without what I’d consider a clear enough warning, and when I went to cancel, the button felt buried. Support did eventually get it sorted out, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Budgeting Finally Feels Simple"
I’ve had a really smooth experience using this. It’s easy to track my spending, and for once, my budgets actually make sense and feel realistic.
